Often times, our pastors are so committed to the spiritual and financial success of their churches, that their own personal households are overlooked. A majority of pastors are undercompensated in comparison to those of similar skills or levels of experience. To make ends meet, some pastors even rely on part- or full-time jobs outside the church, or a supportive spouse’s income, or both.
